Once admin approves the store, that store receives a 14-day trial. The trial follows the Standard plan structure, and the seller can add a payment method before trial end to continue without interruption.

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get instant access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Yes, you can purchase additional credit packs anytime if you exceed your monthly allocation. Credits are available in Small (100), Medium (300), and Large (600) packs at competitive prices.

No contracts required! All plans are month-to-month subscriptions. You can cancel anytime, and you will retain access until the end of your billing period.

Monthly free credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. However, purchased credit packs never expire and carry over indefinitely until used.
